If something generated or stored through TollNode is illegal or infringes your rights, tell us. We review every notice, act quickly on valid ones and tell you what we decided.
Send a notice
Email abuse@tollnode.com with:
Subject: Content notice 1. Where is it? (TollNode file link, e.g. https://tollnode.com/api/v1/files/<id>/0, or the node and time) 2. Why is it illegal or infringing? (explain, and name the law or the right concerned) 3. Your name and email: 4. For copyright: identify the original work, and confirm you own it or act for the owner. 5. I confirm in good faith that the information in this notice is accurate and complete.
Knowingly false notices can have legal consequences. We may share the notice with the person concerned, without your contact details unless the law requires them.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt and review the notice, usually within 2 business days.
- If the content is illegal or infringing, we remove or disable access to it and may block the wallet involved.
- We tell you the outcome and our reasons. You can contest a decision by replying to our email.
- Content that may involve a threat to life or safety, or child sexual abuse material, is reported to the competent authorities.
